The three you's that make up that which you believe to be You.

from:energylighthouse.com
Time to start feeling your way through every day.  This means it is time to start really connecting to each of the three you's that make up that which you believe to be You.

Let's start with the easy part, our bodies.  Think about your body as your baby, the animal you, the biological being you are sharing a life with in order to have your human experience.  Consider changing the way you feed it and care for it.  Clean purified water, organize whole foods, natural body care and cleaning products, all of these changes are important at this time.

Think of your mind as your Consciousness, run through the filters of your hardware, brain, and software, beliefs and memories of your lifetimes.  This equates to your God self and your physical brain, playing left against right.  Learning how to grow these two halves into one whole is the key to bringing this intuitive knowingness and ego into balance and living in union you and You.

This can be done by paying attention to the direction of your thoughts and the emotions you feel when you are thinking them.

As for your Spirit, this is about allowing yourself to truly feel all of your emotions, to let them run through you like a river, unveiling their gems and moving out as quickly as they came.

The key to balancing this area is to feel fully and then let go of feelings, good and bad which allows you to stay in your now moment, the only real moment, experiencing new feelings each and every second.

This is the way to honor your Goddess self, your emotional-energetic self.  This means honing your "gut" feelings and making a promise to always know and be aware of how they feel.  This leaves us free to make a contrary choice, in other words to be human, but also allows us to keep our connection to
Self wide open and
flowing downstream at all times.

Follow this triple compass and you are right on track.  Remember we are the ones we have been waiting for.  It is us to us to take inspired action and heal ourselves and our precious planet.

Love & Light,
Kristine :)

Recognizing Abundance

There is one life, one infinite, always creating, ever expanding All. I am one with this All, indivisible from it. And I know that this One appears as an infinite number of beings, all powered by the same source. I know that simply by looking around at this world, I am filled with a realization of abundance-abundance of beauty, of order, of life. I go to a beach and see an abundance of sand, of water, of sunlight. I go to a national forest and see and abundance of beauty, of order, of life. In my office I see an abundance of projects, and infinite variety of choices and possibilities awaiting me each day. In fact, everywhere I look I see abundance, and only abundance. There is no place that I can look at where abundance is not the order of the day. I know that this recognition of abundance is spreading infinitely and continuously to every person on this planet. I give thanks for this truth and so I release this word now, and let it be so, and so it is, amen.

To see all as One

The test ...

The test is being indifferent to pain and pleasure, and perceiving them as being the same (sama-duhkha-sukha). We are, all of us, positioned on some point of the curve, the peak or the trough, that depicts movement from pleasure to pain and vice-versa.

He unto whom - self-centred - grief and joy
Sound as one word;
- Ibid.XIV.24

The test is seeing a clod of dirt, a rock (literally iron), or a piece of gold as being the same - having the same value. They are all the One.

to whose deep-seeing eyes
The clod, the marble, and the gold are one;
- Ibid.XIV.24

The test is perceiving those who are loved and that which is agreeable (priya) with the same evenness as those who are not loved and that which is disagreeable (apriya).

The test is reacting to both praise (samstati) and blame (ninda) with the same steadfast impartial dispassion (XIV.24). Everyone you know, every being is subject to their gunas - including all who dwell in the now invisible worlds, spirit guides and extraterrestrials, evolved or otherwise.

Whose equal heart holds the same gentleness
For lovely and unlovely things, firm-set,
Well-pleased in praise and dispraise;
- Ibid.XIV.24

Impartial to all ...

When I had little knowledge, I had become blind by pride like an elephant (during rut). Then my mind was proud , thinking that I am an omniscient. As and when I realized bit by bit in the association of wise men, my pride waned like a fever, as I came to know that I was a fool, actually.

अमंत्रमक्षरं नास्ति नास्ति मूलमनौषधम्‌।

If you hear a voice within you say "you cannot paint," then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced. ~Vincent Van Gogh

The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins. ~Bob Moawad

There's only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that's your own self. ~Aldous Huxley

Poem - A Reminder by Dan Coppersmith

A Reminder
I am enough
Just me alone
With no one’s approval
Only my own
I am complete
With no need for more
Containing within me
An infinite store
I am abundance
I am magic and light
I am creation
I am joy and delight
I am Source of it all
I am boundless, and yet
Being still human
Sometimes I forget.

Poem - Only You by Dan Coppersmith

Only You

No one on Earth
Exists quite like you
And no one is able
To do what you do

The person you are
The talents you bear
Gifts that only
You can share

Only you have learned
From the things you've done
Gaining perspective
From the battles you've won

Times when you've lost
Have been priceless too
The lessons contribute
To what makes you you

The rest of the world
Can't see through your eyes
Which is why your insight
Is such a prize

Because you are you
There are lives you affect
Much more than you
Would ever expect

The things you do
The things you say
Send ripples throughout
The Milky Way

You're unique, amazing
Like no one else
You have the exclusive
On being yourself.

~Dan Coppersmith

Poem - Hello World by Dan Coppersmith

Hello World
 I am amazing
Incredible me
Celebrating the being
I choose to be

I'm uniquely spectacular
I am one of a kind
Creativity oozes
From my heart and mind

I'm stupendous, tremendous
I stand out from the crowd
I do things
That aren't allowd

I'm inspired, desired
I am wonderfully weird
I am unbridled passion
I am highly revered

I'm outrageous, contagious
I am daring and bold
I am honered and cherishd
 I'm a treasure to hold

I am gifted, uplifted
I am endlessly blessed
I am sought out
For the skills I possess
I'm delightful, insightful
I am loved and adored
I live a charmed life
I'm renewed and restored

I am grateful, elateful
I am centered and wise
I am wealthy and worthy
I am God in disguise

I declare my brilliance
It won't be denied
the world cries out
For what I provide

I am powerful, masterful
I am focused and clear
Life becomes brighter
Because I am here

I am blazing, amazing
I can't be contained
I'm a glorious, fabulous
Radiant flame

I choose to exude
All this and much more
My wings are spread
Watch me soar!

Universal Love - A quote from Teilhard de Chardin

From: Teilhard de Chardin "The PHENOMENON of MAN"Translated by Bernard Wall

"How can we account for that irresistible instinct in our hearts which leads us towards unity whenever and in whatever direction our passions are stirred ?A sense of the universe, a sense of the all, the nostalgia which seizes us when confronted by nature, beauty, music ---these seem to be an expectation and awareness of a Great Presence. The ' mystics ' and their commentators apart, how has psychology been able so consistently to ignore this fundamental vibration whose ring can be heard by every practised ear at the basis, or rather at the summit, of every great emotion ? Resonance to the All ---the keynote of pure poetry and pure religion ; ...the severed particle which trembles at the approach of ' the rest ' ...

p. 267 A universal love is not only psychologically possible ; it is the only complete and final way in which we are able to love."

John Lennon on Love

We've got this gift of love, but love is like a precious plant. You can't just accept it and leave it in the cupboard or just think it's going to get on by itself. You've got to keep watering it. You've got to really look after it and nurture it.
- John Lennon

It matters not who you love, where you love, why you love, when you love or how you love, it matters only that you love
-John Lennon

Kind Words can be short and easy to speak, but their echos are truly endless
